Durban Chicken Curry:- A spicy Chicken Curry, with potatoes and red pepper.
Mince Curry:- A traditional spicy Minced Beef Curry with potato and peas. (Best served with Mrs Balls Chutney).
Chickpea, Spinach and Potato Curry:- A spicy thick Vegetarian Curry made with Masala.
Pulled Peri Peri Chicken:- Chicken marinated in our own homemade peri peri sauce, slow roasted and pulled. Mixed with Red peppers and onions, served in a brioche bun. (Cheese and salad optional).
Shisanyama Spiced Pulled Pork:- Shoulder of Pork marinated in Shisanyama spices (Zulu Phrase and literally means to "burn meat" describing bring and braai style of venues across South Africa), slow roasted and pulled. Served in a brioche bun. (Cheese and salad optional).
Espetada Brisket Beef:- Brisket of Beef marinated in Espetada marinade, slow roasted and pulled. Served in a brioche bun. (Cheese and salad optional).
Halloumi and Portobello Mushroom:- Halloumi and Portobello mushroom marinated in a light chilli and lemon marinade. Served in a Brioche Bun.

Tailor made cooking classes that suit yours and your family's lifestyle and needs. Consists of 4 sessions: first session is a 45 minute consultancy to understand your lifestyle, eating habits, budget and what you want to get out of the classes.
